Tinuts, a bird-like race with yellow feathers, are the main inhabitants of Yaiddra. They do not originate from the planet, but their original home world was destroyed by their own doing. Survival on their new home is almost impossible without the use of life support systems and other technologies. Tinuts are tough and can work for hours on end without complaint.

History

The Tinut race originally came from the planet of Norisar, but it became inhospitable due to extreme climate change and pollution. The Tinuts then devise a plan to colonize a new world and came upon an uninhabited planet which they called Yaiddra. This planet suited the governments needs for wealth as it was rich with precious metals and minerals due to the constant volcanic activity.

The Yaiddrans were happy with their new home at first and were willing to work in the dangerous mines, but as time went on, their government became more greedy and cruel and it then soon lost the hearts of its people.

Achievements

With the need to create life-sustaining technology, the Tinuts produced the Automatic Aerobiosis Module (AAM). AAM technology is now in use throughout the galaxy as an important component in sustaining oxygen-based lifeforms.
